Shipments and returns
Please allow 48 business hours for most orders to be processed and shipped (2-3 weeks for custom embroidered name tape). If timing is a factor in your purchase, please email us at email@example.com or through our contact page and we would be happy to accommodate your situation if possible.
Most shipments are sent through USPS Priority Mail, which generally delivers in 2-3 business days. However, APO addresses utilize 'Priority Mail Military' and shipment may take longer.
If there is an issue with your order as it is received, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or through our contact page and give us your Name and Order Number so that we may locate your order and correct your issue in a timely manner.
If you wish to return an item for store credit or for a refund, Notify us by email and ship the item back to us. Please include a tracking number if available. Once Received, you or your account will be credited.
