Refund policy

You may request a refund if you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt. Please email us at sales@insigniadepot.com to notify us if you'd like to return your product. Returns must have a return authorization number requested by contacting us through our contact us page, any returns without prior authorization are subject to a 5% restocking fee. Initial shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).
